BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS

 Your San Ignacio Heights Homeowners Association (SIH HOA) holds regular monthly Board of Directors meetings on the third Thursday of each month except July.  Special Board meetings may be held at the request of Board members when important issues need to be discussed or projects need to be completed in a timely manner.  Notices of Board meetings are posted at the Ramada on Mariquita. Residents are welcome to attend these meetings. Minutes of meetings are posted on our website as well as at the Ramada. Homeowners planning to make presentations at Board meetings are requested to submit five copies of their written presentations for distribution to Board members.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Coffee Klatches. You are invited to join your neighbors for meeting and greeting home owners in a friendly and informal atmosphere. This is a great opportunity for new home owners to become acquainted with residents of our SIH HOA. Come join us for refreshments and socializing at the Ramada.

Hand and Foot Group and Social Bridge

Jane Bryant and friends have organized these groups which meet at the Ramada. For more information, phone Jane at 207-2277.

A Note from Lou English:  Do you know what a wonderful resource we have at our little Ramada and that it is available to all of us?  In the past it has been used for meetings, coffees, card games, holiday dinners, parties and clothing sales. For anyone who has not been to the Ramada, it comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, buffet counter, conference table, 2 card tables, lots of chairs, and wash room. There is no charge to residents of our SIH HOA if at least half of the attendees are also residents. If not, there is a $5.00 fee for use of the space. We do ask that you leave it as clean as you found it. Think about some of the ways you might utilize the Ramada and let’s put it to use more often. For more information, phone Lou English at 648-5414.
