Architectural Committee

| This Committee shall review, approve or disapprove, modifications such as additions, remodeling, paint color, roof color, all things that affect the structure of the property.
The Committee shall consist of a Chair and three or more members, unless fewer are specified, and shall include a member of the Board of Directors. The Director shall serve in an oversight capacity. Any recommendations from the Committee shall be approved by the Board of Directors before any action can be taken. |
